Annalise holds a Bachelor of Nursing with Distinction, a Graduate Diploma of Cosmetic Nursing and Injectables, and an Advanced Diploma of Beauty Therapy. She has worked in busy metropolitan and regional Victorian hospitals and has nursing experience in acute surgical/medical wards as well as in the Emergency Department. 

Sixteen years after first entering the world of beauty, Annalise combines her cosmetic and medical experience by working as an educator to new nurses, doctors and dentists entering the aesthetic field at Dermal Distinction Academy.

She carries additional qualifications in infection control in health settings, the use and formulation of cosmeceutical skincare, and is also a qualified Laser Safety Officer (LSO).

Annalise has spoken at medical conferences and led journal discussions around Australia educating healthcare providers on how to achieve exceptional results with a focus on safety and quality. She attends cadaver dissections and classes around the world to continually upskill in order to offer her patients the highest quality of care.

She is known for her compassionate and considered approach to full face treatments with some patients travelling interstate to visit her regularly for their cosmetic treatments.
